Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

 Terms and conditions Agreement:

           1. I reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services and make or refuse financial transactions.

           2. My note to my customers and expectations: such as liability for information errors or website downtime (coming soon)

           3. Explain copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. (coming soon)

           4. Rules for user behavior: we forbid unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, solicitations, etc.

           5. This website is used for the purposes of the advertisement of goods, promotions held by Jolly Jenny's and any discounts provided hereof. 

           6. Once the product is in your hands it is your responsibility.

           7. Photoshoots of the product are conducted at time of production completion. 

           8.  Half of the total price is required for deposit once you are ready to place the order.  The other half of the total price is due of the day of pick up or drop off. 

           9. Delivery fees are subject to change depending on weather and availability.
